We are a family-owned and operated restaurant in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. Recently, we’ve undergone a major expansion & remodel, but our vision and philosophy has never changed. We have always challenged ourselves to consistently deliver our very best, every time. This has always shown in the love that goes into preparing every dish and we wanted to create an environment to represent that. We worked tirelessly to capture the essence of our food and let it spill into every detail of the restaurant. We strived to find the delicate balance between the quality of fine dining with the comfort & warmth of the home.
We firmly believe in supplying ourselves with nothing but the freshest ingredients. Whenever possible, we like to work with locally sourced, organic, sustainable farms, ranches and fisheries that share our philosophy.
As people who have worked in the service industry, on both the front and back, we understand how tumultuous the restaurant lifestyle can be. We want to provide our staff with the comfort of knowing that they will be receiving a fair, livable wage. Every member of our staff has had a hand in creating the delicious & enjoyable experience of our guest, and we want to thank them all for their part. Therefore, in lieu of tips, we have decided to add an automatic 20% service charge to every check. We use this to pay everyone from the dishwasher to bartender a guaranteed wage to go home with every day. We value honesty & transparency, which is why it is a clear line on every bill to show exactly how much goes to it & to assure our guests that none of it go to management or the house.
