We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Peter Mondavi & Charles Krug winery for a winemaker’s dinner at Main st Kitchen & Bar. We put together seven delicious courses paired with 6 wonderful wines for our beloved guests to enjoy. We were given the privilege and pleasure to hear the history of the winery from Mr. Mondavi, himself as well as what set apart each individual wine. Chef Arash also took a moment between each course to explain the dishes and why he chose them. It was a night full of delight and laughs & we look forward to the next one!
